This is a nice alternative to sleeping on the ground. Being accustomed to high quality backpacking tents, my expectations were high for this product. It is good quality. It does not have an option, as stated for an opening from the cab, which was disappointing. Setting it up is challenging, even after watching the video.

The Napier Sportz Truck Tent 57 Series is everything I was looking for in a truck tent! Simple set up, setup time was minimal and it kept my wife and I dry. When it rained in the daytime we sat on the tailgate and enjoyed the smell of the rain. Two thumbs up!!

We have only been able to use the tent on one trip. But so far we love it. It holds up well and it fits the truck perfectly. Easy to set up and enjoyable to use. The extras (such as the little awning) are great. It's really nice being off the ground and cozy in the truck.

We recently purchased this tent for a camping trip. I've never seen truck tents before, and after much research - this was the one for us. During our camping trip we had rain and heavy wind. I'm pleased to say even the awning held up - and never fell with the winds. We stayed warm and dry - and had plenty of room for 2 people to sleep PLUS our gear. This tent is worth every penny and is great quality for the price! You can't beat it!

I absolutely love this truck bed tent, it is everything that I was expecting. It is easy to install and fits perfectly in my 2015 GMC Canyon. It is very compact when packed away. Camping off the ground. Highly recommended.

We like to drive till we find just the right spot. Sometimes high on a mountain along some forestry road, sometimes alongside a river or stream out in the middle of nowhere. Setting up this tent is the perfect solution to 'camp where you wind up'. Sets up in 20 minutes easily. Lots of headroom, my 5.2' wife can stand up inside! So many zipper options for the windows/vents. Didn't think I'd like the awning part but now that I've tried it, it's nice. Glad I got it.

I owned the original truck tent for over 6 years and it was time for a new one. Just wore the other one out. This new design has so many improved features. I love the bigger windows and the fact that you can open just half. The big window at the back is great and so handy for running extension cords into the tent for blowing up the air mattress and using lights and fans with out having cords running all through the tent. It is much roomier. Still as easy to put up. I can do it by myself in about 30 minutes. I really like that the rain cover comes down farther in the back. Haven't tried the new awing yet. (haven't figured it out yet) but know when I do try it will love it. I would recommend this truck tent to anyone who loves to camp and likes being up off the ground. I am a 66 year old women and this tent allows me to continue to camp in comfort even after losing my husband.

My wife and I used the tent for a camping trip to punkin chunkin. It works great being off the ground cause 1 it was cold out and 2 the camp site is on a corn field where there were still stalks partially sticking out of the ground. My buddies new tent got a hole in it. The tent is very roomy and the pockets come in handy. There is a net at the top center and we used this to put a light on. We didn't get to use the awning cause it was very windy and I didn't want risk it.

We went from camping in a 25 foot RV, to using this tent. We are having so much fun, the tent is cozy, yet has plenty of room. And since our last camping trip it rained 30 of 36 hrs, we stayed DRY! The best camping purchase we have made in a long time.
